Hi Jolee I’m sorry the lotion reached you with a damaged cap. I assure it has never been used. I’m happy to do a return and I’ve tried to initiate it through Poshmark support via message. On your end you can also try to send a message to expedite as that was the only way I could find to return the item. I tried to cancel the order but it won’t allow.
