A good idea to help you understand reasonable and effective offers is to do your research. search the item you would want to make an offer on. In the filters, choose; the specific brand, the size, category, and availability of Sold. You will be able to see the range of Sold compareables. Be realistic about what you see. Don't expect someone with a NWT item to be selling at the price an item that is obviously well worn and/or damaged item was sold.
