Beware of this scammer. Claimed his board short order was too big and for some reason PM gave him a full refund and label to return the shorts to me. He decided the shorts 🩳 now fit and kept the money and the brand new with tags rare JCREW $80 board shorts. Even after Inaccepted his low offer to help him out. Just dishonest and not cool.

@designermen The shorts had 32 on the packaging tag but 33 on the product tag (you had no photo of that) I “accepted” the purchase prior to inspection. I opened the package & tried on & uncovered the problem. Because I had already “accepted” the shorts, I couldn’t ask you for a refund. I reached out to Poshmark & they provided a refund. They did not instruct me to return the shorts. I have since disposed of them. The root cause is you listing a pair of shorts as 32 when they were marked 33

@mwpiekos I’m sure you “disposed” of them since I reached out the day I saw what happened (2 days after your refund) and said I WANTED to buy back because my size was one size too small. I had ordered 2 pairs this the error but that’s a nice move, I’ll be using this week.
