jrmaan @belleivins I just received box and explanation of what happened. I will be sending Poshmark a message and ask them to return your money. I’m very sorry. That isn’t something I could have foreseen. All shoes are stored in climate controlled conditions once I receive them. I just can’t speak to how they are stored before I receive them.

jrmaan @belleivins I sent email saying I wanted to return your money. Reply I got from Poshmark was “We understand your concerns with this sale and kindly ask that you have the buyer reach out to us so that we may work with them to find a suitable solution.” I tried. Now it’s up to you.

jrmaan @belleivins first- don’t spend your money sending product back. Take a picture and contact Poshmark. I’ve been selling awhile and I’ve had product problems that I wouldn’t be able to guess would happen. On other platform I use (I as seller emailed, after exact same thing happened to brand new shoes and seller sent me pictures. That platform simply refunded all the money- taking part from me and part from them.)
