minpai Do you know why on the sale status of the Prada bag I just sold you it says case in review?

fabfinders @minpai @minpai My friend has the same exact bag and it came with a long strap. Also, hers says made in Italy and this is made in Romania. And the lining of the front zippered pocket is torn on the seam. I am not saying the bag is not authentic because some prada nylon bags are made in Romania or China. I do think that if it’s sold at SAKS, it should be made in Italy. Can you send me the strap and can you tell me if this was purchased at an outlet store?

minpai @fabfinders No it was purchased at Saks. Also I am fairly certain that though Prada does have outlets, they do not make anything especially for outlet. They simply put their past season products there. I know YSL manufactures in both France and Italy so it doesn’t surprise me that Prada would make something in Romania.

minpai @fabfinders The listing also did state that it came with the bag only. As for the rip, I never noticed that and if there were one it would have been that way when I purchased it since I never used it. We can figure out a solution to that problem if you do decide to keep the bag. Let’s see what Poshmark says since they were the ones who authenticated it

minpai @fabfinders The bag was advertised as genuine Prada which is correct so whether it is from outlet is really irrelevant. But it was indeed from Saks.

fabfinders @minpai I would appreciate a reduction in price since I will have to get the lining replaced. And also because it has no strap. You stated bag only. But to me, the strap is part of the bag.

minpai @fabfinders I have not seen the damage you are referring to and the fact that only the bag was included was advertised. However, we can definitely work out a partial refund. I would prefer to go through Poshmark to the extent that we can for that since if Posh doesn’t refund me the 20% fee for the difference in price you would receive less refund.

minpai @fabfinders From my brief google search on this, Posh sometimes offers posh credit in cases like this at their expense. If you find that not to be sufficient, I can supplement it. Lemme know what you think.

fabfinders @minpai they’re offering posh credit of $60. If you will supplement with $60, I can use it towards repair of the lining. How are you going to credit that? I’m not familiar with Poshmark. This is my first purchase.

minpai @fabfinders it means that Poshmark will give you $60 in credit. There is no mechanism by which I can directly partially refund you so I would have to refund you extra separately. Poshmark will probably not increase the $60 credit offer because it comes from their fees. So basically you are getting some from Posh and some from me to compensate you.
