shanlee42 @mgch - hi Martha! I see you received your boots. I was sad to read that they didn’t fit. I’m a size 8 and I was able to wear them. They were a bit snug but Uggs tend to be until they wear in. I appreciate the feedback you provided but I didn’t have the same experience as you did so I wouldn’t have been able to warn you.

shanlee42 @mgch - It looks like you accepted the purchase. There isn’t much I can do since the purchase was accepted. If you ever have an issue, you can always “report a problem” to Poshmark. Poshmark won’t authorize returns for something that didn’t fit but the seller has the option to authorize the return. I would have preferred that you return the boots instead of you being unhappy with something I had no control over.

mgch @shanlee42 This is my 1st time buying shoes at poshmark, and I thought once you buy them there's nothing you can do, well... unless you get a totally different item, but thank you for your advice, now I know for future shopping.

shanlee42 @mgch - Poshmark won’t do anything if it’s a size issue as long as the size is clearly identified on the list. Some sellers will allow returns though, especially if they are interested more in happy customers than getting the earnings. I didn’t have problems with these fitting and I’m a size 8. I’m surprised you had issues. They were definitely snug but all my Uggs were for a couple of months until the loosened up.
