belliniboutique Hi, I was just informed that I mixed up the mailing labels with your North Face jacket and another poshers purchase. I’m waiting for Poshmark to tell me if they will send mailing labels to you so the right items can get to the right buyers. I am so very sorry that I made this mistake. When it does arrive you can let Posh know that it is the wrong item and they will give you instructions. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

belliniboutique @marthagh251 oh no- I know you have the item that you ordered! But the reason it took so long is because I mixed up the shipping labels for you and someone else. She received your item, the NF jacket and you received her item, a leather belt. That is why Poshmark emailed you a shipping label- so you could put it on the package you got by mistake that was delivered to you 7/14. She sent you the correct item you ordered but she has not received her purchase, that was mistakenly sent to you.

retailless @marthagh251 I know ! It still says pending scan . The post office picked it up and it was taking from my mailbox . I’m not sure why it’s not tracking . All my other packages tracked and were sent out . I’m not sure :(

retailless @marthagh251 I’m also losing money for the shoes. They were almost brand new nikes . So ,I’m highly upset about it . Let me see what Poshmark says about it . I will refund your money but I want my shoes back . Or Poshmark needs to refund me for the loss .

retailless @marthagh251 I don’t have a tracking number because the post office picks up my packages . I contacted Poshmark but no response yet . Give it a couple more days , after that I will refund . Again , I do apologize this has never happen before . My other packages tracked and they were delivered I’m not sure why yours did not .
