I'm sorry but I found that your feedback was unfair. You said things to improve were shipping time- they were ordered on 12/20 and shipped on 12/21. Then mentioned item cleanliness and description when the shoes that you ordered were brand new with the tags- and came to me sealed in plastic. The shoes came directly from the wholesaler and had no dirt, markings, or anything wrong with them.
I messaged you and you did not respond.

I really dont know what you are referring to... I've purchased a number of things through postmark recently and I believe I rated all item as 4 star. What item are you talking about? I think somehow things are twisted. I did order a pair of shoes which were size 12 did arrive quickly, in plastic & with tags. I believe I gave them 4 stars. If my rating was somehow misconstrued how change it. I'll have to see if I can find my original statement.

I know what I did ... stupid me. After giving the rating I went to the next page and thought that I was checking boxes which commended the quality of the shipping, packing and condition; instead i was check what things which could be better. So very sorry for my mistake! Is there any way I can correct my error. You deserve the highest rating for the quality and everything concerned with my order. Sorry. Sorry. Let me know how I can rectify my goof.
