fitzlam Hi Mary, you purchased my brown Diba boots and when I was packaging them up I noticed that one of the side zippers has a tendency to stick and is hard to move and that I didn’t post a photo of the back right heel which has some scuffing on it. I can’t in good conscious sell them to you and have you be disappointed without letting you know. I’m giving you the opportunity to cancel the order.
