marykraft1234 I do not know this site. Yes I did, I just got back and opened today and found the long strap was not included and it's in the photos. If the strap is not included then I do want the bag. I did file a problem with postmark and they said they would investigate . So do you have it to send out to me or do I return the bag ? Thank you

marykraft1234 In this case it would not have made a difference. Why would you post your photo that's not accurate. And also must have been old. That strap is 30 to 40 dollars to buy separately. Pictures sho ups disclose what the item looks like, don't you think? So now I wait . When I shouldn't have even bought...

tesoribysarah Thank you for the three star rating when you got a beautiful Coach bag for a really great price along with a Coach wallet. I even included a note apologizing for the delayed shipping. I was in a mustang when I hit in the drivers door by a very large van. The delayed shipping was because of the accident. Thanks for understanding. But it looks like I’m not the only one who has had problems.

marykraft1234 @smason25 your RUDE...you should have shipped before your accident. Why would you take even 3 days to ship out? And if you were able to contact me you should have eistef a family member to help y ou. And the shapes has missing threads that were not disclosed. That makes that bag defected. As well as the Africa's 2 big snags in them . Now which part of that shipment was so nice? And I never complained about that But seeing as how Rude you are. Maybe u get what u give....

tesoribysarah @marykraft1234 wow you need a life. My husband was busy working and trying to take care of me... and your entire paragraph makes no sense. I went back and looked. Everything was disclosed. You’re just a sour woman with a chip on her shoulder. ESPECIALLY IF YOU THINK YOUR DAMN COACH BAG IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SOMEONE BRING SERIOUSLY HURT IN A FREAKING CAR ACCIDENT! I should have had family help? Really? They were helping... me. They cared about my well being and my kids well being.
