hi Mary can you please go to that order and request a return as quickly as possible. please do so as quickly as possible because I am not hearing back from poshmark and I'm afraid that if you don't do that they'll release the funds to me and I don't want that to happen. so just go ahead and request a return from the listings page where it says problem or inquiry. thank you

do you understand how to do that Mary? let me give you a little bit of direction just in case you were confused; go to the picture of the purse under purchases from your account screen. when you click on the picture it'll give you a list of options at the very bottom of that page and one of the options is

problem or inquiry. and under that you can press return and then just explain what happened and that the seller is aware and not wants to accept your return and then submit that into poshmark just in case so they don't release the funds to me
