calithriftqueen Hello! I sold you the happily ever after wooden rustic plaque 2 days ago and I just received a unsatisfactory rating from you. I'm unsure why. You indicated ship time was an area of improvement, yet the order date on the order confirmation page says you ordered it on January 14. I shipped the very same day within minutes of your order, and it arrived to you in 2 days. You also indicated packaging was an area of improvement, yet I wrapped the entire item in bubble wrap, and I put newspaper

calithriftqueen all around it so that it wouldn't get shaken around in delivery. Lastly, you indicated a third area for improvement as item description. I took pictures of the item from all angles and I provided a very descriptive description. I don't understand why you had so many qualms with the purchase. I sold it to you for half what I listed it for, I shipped it same day, and I made sure to ship it safely and thoughtfully. I'm not sure how I could've made this a more positive experience for you.
