dallen800 Hi Mary Ellen. I am so sorry to hear about your necklace being damaged during shipment. I tried my best to wrap it really good so it wouldn’t bounce around in the small box. I’m really surprised with it being in the plastic and the tissue paper. I don’t think there’s much I can do about it being damage. Just file a claim with Poshmark and send it back so you can get a refund. I am so sorry this happened. It is a really beautiful necklace.
