carolwings OMG. Please no I am blaming myself. Not you at all. I meant that I even took a pic of the tags and I still put the size has medium. Please it was not you at all. I do have some more American eagle and other brand plaid shirts. I will tag you and I will give you the deal if you like the shirts and are still interested. Again I can not apologize enough.

carolwings Ok try to go to the item you purchase. See if there is a cancel button and I believe it will ask you hit the one that best describe y. Which would b I think item not has describe. You can make a comment and say wrong size. Let them the tags say small I posted medium. I am also going to contact posh by email just in case it doesn't work on your half.

carolwings I just email posh and explain everything to them. Once they receive my email they should take care of the issue. I will wait till the end of the day and see if they get back to me. I will tag you once I hear from them. So sorry for this mess 😞

carolwings @matthewes81 Hi it's me again. Just want to keep you updated. Today I email posh support again. I gave them the order number. Let's see if anything gets done now. I am very surprise that it has not been taken care already. Usually they've right in top things. If they do not get back to me by tomorrow I believe you cancel because I have not mail out the package yet. I will keep you posted. Thanks for being so understanding. 😊

carolwings @matthewes81 HI. Oder has been cancel. I never had heard back with anything from posh. I wrote and sent 2 email to customer support I do not think they where getting it. After the 7th day of a item is not ship the buyer has the right to cancel. So I cancel the order for you. Once again I am truly sorry for the mistake. Be happy. Have a great weekend. 🌿
