ketaj21 @henry_stone Hi! That is very odd, did they have multiple jackets to sell? If your order went through they can’t sell it again. Once something is marked SOLD by PM it can’t be undone. I wish I had an answer for you, I’m terribly sorry! I would just reach out to PM or try to cancel the order.

ketaj21 @henry_stone No problem! Did you get a confirmation that you purchased the item? If so, they couldn’t have gotten a better offer. Once it’s purchased (if there’s only one) it’s purchased. I would follow up. Good luck!!!!

henry_stone @ketaj21 they said someone messaged a better offer. They created another listing and sold it again. Doesn’t seem like the best way to do business so I guess I was just worried about the whole marketplace. Sounds like not everyone is like her. Thanks.:)

ketaj21 @henry_stone Definitely not that I’ve heard about. I had to relist an item once b/c the buyer returned it for “some” reason🤦🏻‍♀️ but that’s it. What she did goes against the rules!
