poshinforward Hi Maya. I am still not getting any further tracking information on your bag. I have contacted Poshmark support and am waiting for a response. I am really sorry this is happening.😞 Below is a copy of the message I sent to Poshmark support.

poshinforward Hi. This item was shipped weeks ago and stopped tracking on March 2nd. A notice was sent from USPS that shipment would be delayed but has not tracked since. I am concerned that the item has been lost. The buyer is also concerned that this will not be delivered before her trip on March 12th. I am hoping that Poshmar support will be able to help with this. Thank you, Patty

maya1229 @poshinforward I opened a ticket with USPS and as of yesterday they confirmed the package is still at a USPS center in CA, even though the tracking number said it made it to CO. She put an urgent notice to the manager there to look for the package, but no updates today. Good chance the package is lost

poshinforward @maya1229 Oh no!. I actually have another bag just like it left, but I doubt it would make it to you by the time you leave. I am so sad. I know you were counting on it for your trip. Posh will reimburse both of us if the package is lost, so if is and you do decide you would still like the bag I can save the last one I have for you. Let me know. ⚘💕

maya1229 Thank you @poshinforward, I would definitely like the last bag if USPS confirms the first one is lost and they reimbursed us! Won't help me for this trip, but will for future ones :)

maya1229 @poshinforward I think at this point we just need to wait until USPS confirms they've lost the bag and issued a refund? I've never had them lose a package so I have no idea how long that process takes

maya1229 @poshinforward I haven't received any updates. I'll try to call again this week and ask them how long they wait until deciding it's lost and beginning the refund process.

maya1229 @poshinforward I talked to them again today and somehow they had that it got resolved (not sure how since I never received it!) so they reopened it and escalated to the CO district office and said someone from that office will be in touch this week. Basically just getting the runaround. I'll let you know when I talk to them.

maya1229 @poshinforward they have completed their investigation and determined the package is indeed lost so now i may submit a claim for the insured value. Proof of value and the original receipt when the item was mailed will be required to process that claim. Is that something you can email me so I can submit the claim?

poshinforward @maya1229 I still.have a bag, so would a picture of the actual tags work? I just realized the pic is not in the listing. The tracking of the package is all I have. Question: Are you submitting a claim through the post office or Poshmark?

maya1229 @poshinforward I'm guessing they need an actual receipt. I'll try a screen cap of the sale details from Poshmark. Do you have the receipt from USPS when you shipped the bag? I'm submitting a claim through the post office. Should it be through Poshmark instead?

poshinforward @maya1229 Yes, we should do it directly through Poshmark. I will be much faster and that way they will get this resolved with less hassle and run around. I did contact them about 3 weeks ago. I will follow up with them and I think you should also. Report the item not received. I'm sorry this has become such a hassle but we will get it worked out!⚘💕
