Hi @mee313 Megan! I have contacted Poshmark support in regards to the Kate spade purse you bought from me! Unfortunately it seems that the package hasn't moved at all from its initial scan on January 26. I believe it has been lost by USPS. They should refund you soon as soon as they close the ticket. I also have heard stories of packages showing up weeks or even months after they have been lost! I'm wishing you good luck on that front! :)

@mee313 Yes! The claim has been filed and hopefully we will hear back from them in the next few days! I’m so sorry the purse didn’t make it to you! It was a beautiful piece and I know it would’ve gone to a great home! ❤️

@mee313 Good Morning Megan, I have gotten a reply from Poshmark and they want us to wait two more days before they take next steps. (They have sighted USPS delays etc.) On 2/5 I will message them again.
