geekgrrl777 @djsmithgall Hi, I'm sorry to have to contact you under these circumstances. However since wearing the shoes twice the soles have disintegrated. Literally chunks of black rubber have fallen off and there are cracks extending through the entire width of the shoes on both soles. I know I have already left positive feedback and it's been over 72 hrs, however I feel like in this instance a refund is deserved.

djsmithgall @geekgrrl777 That’s awful! If that is the state of the shoes, you certainly deserve your money back. I think the best thing to do is to contact posh support, explain the situation, Likely they will send you a postage page to send it back. They will take care of a refund..?or you could open a case against me and let poshmark arbitrate but that seems like over kill since we both are in agreement. My apologies, I had no idea these would do that. Please Keep me posted. PJ ❤️

geekgrrl777 @djsmithgall My request was denied because a case was not opened in 3 days. If it were at all possible to send a refund via p@yp@l I would be eternally grateful. It’s quite a bit of money. I could ship the shoes back on my own dime and email you the same photos I sent Poshmark. Thank you for the consideration.

We don’t correspond outside of poshmark, or click on any links. What I can do is offer you something else in my closet for almost nothing. I realize that technically I don’t have to do this, but because I only have second hand knowledge of the shoes, I would be willing to offer you a great deal.
