say_ambular Hey love - I’m so sorry to have to cancel your order of the Zara jacket. Pulling it out of my inventory, the hanger caught a thread and it pulled a bunch of threads right on the seam :( I can reload and upload photos of the damage but given the amount of threads that got entangled o wouldn’t even know how much it would cost to fix etc.
