meljoyscloset @katiekatbc, hi there. I just started selling on poshmark back in November. Love selling on this app more than ebay. Started off slow but once I reached posh Ambassador status and I started getting more followers, sales really picked up. Also once I got over 300 listings in my closet, sales increased. I try not to sell items that have a resale value of under $20.00. Posh Canada on facebook and YouTube is helpful.

meljoyscloset @katiekatbc, go to "my guide to posh mark" and "my posh status" and you'll see information there of what targets you must meet before becoming an ambassador. Share your closet and other people's closet constantly is a big one.

meljoyscloset I'm new at selling through posh, so I have to see what we need to do to get a new shipping label. I'm not sure if you just need to update your address and I can then print off a new label, or if Posh has to do something on their end. I'm going to message them now for us. it may take a day to get a response from them. Just know that I am definitely doing what I can to help get this rectified.

It was another generic letter stating "We haven't forgotten about you!", and that they are currently making changes to their email system that has slowed things down. I'm sorry this is taking so long to get resolved. Have they reached out to you in an email?

meljoyscloset @cocotte007, I've spoken to other sellers who stated that the support centre will be intouch with you to verify your address and then I get a new shipping label to resend your parcel. Being new to Poshmark myself, I am disappointed that this is taking so long as I strive to provide very good service to my buyers.

meljoyscloset @cocotte007, I sent poshmark your correct address. It is my understanding they will contact you by email with directions on how to correct the address. Then once that is corrected, I get a notice to print off a new shipping label. I'm going to send them another email. This is getting ridiculous.

meljoyscloset @cocotte007, hi again. I spoke to poshmark support again who responded by saying that they sent you an email but have not heard from you. Unfortunately, they require the updated address from you directly. They stated they can't do anything until they hear from you. They want to be sure the next shipping label is Unfortunately, I can't just add the missing info on the pkg because Canada Post won't accept it since the old label has already been used.

meljoyscloset @cocotte007, I wish I could but it has to be done by poshmark. Poshmark hold those funds until the buyer states they received their package. I don't get paid until you state you have the item and are happy with the purchase. its completely out of my hands. I have the item, but can't resend until I have been sent a new label by Poshmark. I'm not sure what is happening as they stated that haven't heard from you.

meljoyscloset @lefrip, I there, glad you like your shirt. I'm in Nova Scotia, and I get my bags from store called Bargain Harleys. They have various sizes. As I list, the items are put in bags before they go into the inventory bins to keeps them clean and avoids dye from going onto the lighter clothing. I only uses tissue paper as a protection for things like buckles or heels. Take care!

blueeyedsamurai Hey Mel, I just wanted to say thank you for all the generous offers on the Adidas Terrex Shoes. I'm not ignoring you in any way or trying to be super cheap I assure you. They have so been amazing offers and they look like they're in really good condition. my only concern is that if they fit me too tight the orange loop on the both heels have been cut off and they'll be tricky to put on. I have a pair of Blundstones and I use the heel loops every time I put them on. 🥺
