Sorry you didn’t think the backpack was clean enough. Vera Bradley is easy to wash. Cold water and detergent, gentle cycle and let it air dry it will be like new.

If you look at the second picture in the original listing and expand it you can see the two or three darker spots and that the two white flowers have some discoloring.
