broy1112 Gm I saw your rating regarding the pkg. that’s the only pkg the post office allows with the prepaid label. I’m sure you’re aware i have no control over the condition of the pkg’s once they’re mailed. Take care

bluturtle @broy1112 I was referring to inside the box. Typically, items I receive from this site are packaged in tissue paper, ziplock bags, or some other method of protection. These shoes were loose inside the box, and could have been damaged. Luckily they were as pictured, but you should put a little more effort into packaging your items for shipment.

broy1112 @bluturtle for shoes that have heels or pints that could be scratched, I use the postage envelopes. The shoes are flats no chance of scratches being in the box “loose.” I guess I have to get use to people being extremely anal about a box being damaged during shipment rather than the condition of the purchase.

bluturtle @broy1112 Advising that you should step up and protect your shipments is not being anal, it’s being a good salesperson. These flats are some of my favorites, and this is the third pair I’ve purchased. I wore out the first pair, and my dog chewed the bows off of the second pair. I’d would have been extremely upset if they’d been delivered during the storm since they were unprotected inside of a damaged cardboard box. Luckily, they weren’t.

broy1112 @bluturtle it’s being anal. Tissue paper nor plastic would have protected the shoes from being damaged IF the pkg was completely destroyed. Again, I have no control over the pkg once it’s shipped and feel your rating and comments were anal and petty. The shoes were as described everyone isn’t going to include tissue paper or plastic in their packages. Enjoy the shoes
