@glossykitty I received my tight line mascara and it was completely dried out. It is actually just garbage. Not sure how long it was stored before delivery but it is completely not usable.

@mfuller34 oh no. I am so sorry to hear this! This has never happened to me before. I’m not sure what to do. I will try to research how to proceed. I don’t want you to pay for something that is unusable. I would advise contacting Poshmark on your end as well. I will keep you updated on any steps/resolution I can. I am so so sorry 😞 -Krissy

Hi 👋 I just wanted to let you know I sent a comment to Poshmark support through the app. I also took a screenshot of the comment. I want to send you a copy; but, I am technologically challenged. I would like to have Poshmark “cancel” the order; but, I don’t believe I can “cancel” on my end since the item was delivered. I take pride in the items I sell; and, would not sell an item without detailing any and or all flaws. I only sell unopened and never used or tested cosmetics, hair care, and skin care. Most of the clothing I sell is NWT or NWOT. I am a very honest and transparent seller. @glossykitty I will not leave a bad rating but would appreciate a refund or new item. I buy this mascara all the time but the tube I received was completely dry. It was garbage. If not fixed I will not make any future purchases. I’m sorry but so far the loss is definitely mine.

@mfuller34 thank you for responding. I have not received any payment as of now (2:18 am EST on 03/12/2022). I don’t believe that I will be receiving any payment since you have not “accepted” the order. I believe your funds are “pending”.
