Melissa, OMG I just read your rating. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I am so sorry, I sent you the wrong item. These 2 sweaters are the same color. Oh gosh. Reach out to Poshmark and open a case. They will send you a label to mail back for free the wrong item. Then I’ll mail you the actual sweater you bought. I feel terrible! We can fix this. I wish you had reached out to me right away. But it can be fixed. Mish

Hi Melissa, I did reach out to Poshmark. They will be contacting you to send you a label for the return and a new label for me to send out the sweater you ordered. I’m thinking you may not hear back from them for a couple of days because of the holiday.

Hi Melissa, you should have heard from Poshmark by now about the wrong item being sent. They would’ve sent you a label to return the wrong item so the correct one can be sent. Unless you want to keep the one you received. Is there any reason you are not replying to my messages?

When you sent me the message I tried to file for a return but it told me I had received it more than 72 hours prior and would not allow me to return. I paid more that I wanted to it was for a donation to a lady in a special needs assisted living. I'm not going to spend anymore money. I'm not mad. My niece has relapsed with her cancer. The treatment has destroyed her mind. It's just this is the least an of my concerns. Thank you for your attempt.

@kingmehl I’m so sorry to hear about your niece. My Dad just passed away last Wednesday (and my Mom died in January). Yeh, it’s been a year. So I do understand what’s more important. Poshmark did say they reached out to you. If you want to return it thru Poshmark I’m ok with it. If you want to keep it, that’s fine too. Again I feel terrible. They both were LOFT knit tops in the same raspberry red color. I grabbed the wrong one when packing it.
