Hello this is Michelle and I have the Tiffany necklace that you purchased. I’m so sorry I tried to contact Poshmark to let them know but I don’t know if they’ve communicated with you when I went to pack it up I noticed that the latch isn’t working so I don’t feel right selling it to you I’d be happy to send you a little gift as an apology I am so terribly sorry for the inconvenience!!!

I am not resident of the area, I receive my post thought the company I work for Wearhouse, I don't even know where the local post office is. I work for a cruise line, I am a crew member onboard the ship. Please reach out to poshmark and let them know.

@morgasm888 When you advise poshmark of what happen, they will contact me and from there I can explain the situation and they will assist. I just had another order that happen the same thing. I really sorry for the inconvenience.
