When purchased from the coach store it was listed as “white”, but do understand that there are different shades of white & cream that they consider white. You are more than welcome to process a full refund with Poshmark! I want all that purchase from me to be totally satisfied with their purchase! Again, so sorry for the discrepancy! 🌹
