melchristene @feiyanga Hi, so customer service got back to me and told me I can only cancel if it hasn't been shipped 8 days after purchase. They said I can wait until then or apparently you can try to cancel it on your end. I don't know if you want to wait or if you want to try and cancel on your end. Thanks.
