ninamuddasani Hi! Thanks for your purchase of the Shein plaid skirt! I just realized that I had never uploaded pics of the actual item, and the skirt is slightly different than the product pictures. It has a slightly ruffled hemline, rather than the straight hem and slit. I have some pictures but I can't add them to a "sold" listing unfortunately. If you would like me to send you the pics, I can do so; but if you would like to just cancel the order, I can also do that for you. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

linda865 Hi Melissa, thanks so much for purchasing my Madden wedge yesterday. When I went to package the sandals, I noticed some crackling on the left sandal on the underside of the strap (not noticeable when worn) to where some of the finish is actually removed. I am happy to send you the sandals with the $16 back that I would have earned for your inconvenience. I am also more than happy to cancel the order entirely. Please let me know your preference.
