Good afternoon Unfortunately your package got stolen from my property I had package and place outside for my mail man to take and someone decided to take them leaving me with out your items I apologize I never had this happen before I have made a police report but unfortunately there’s not much I could do once again I apologize for this incident

@yedia dear what a mess! I'm so sorry for you! Do what's our next step? I would presume you will need to credit my account for the total. Is there anything you need from me to do that? I was charged for shipping insurance & tax too so a claim must be made asap. Gosh I was so looking forward to receiving those shoes! Please let me know what you need to refund me. Again so sorry!

@emacs75 poshmark should of credit your account back I ask them to credit all my buyers ASAP I cancel the order as soon as the incident happened so if you still didn’t get credit you should very soon once again I’m extremely sorry about all this. this’s had never happened to me
