You gave me a 4 star rating stating I could improve item description, cleanliness and packaging. My description was very clear, the pictures showed the condition of the item and it was packaged in an appropriate jewelry box inside an adequately cushioned priority shipping box. I’m not sure what else I could have done to be more professional and clear. A 4 star rating is problematic for those of us who pride ourselves on our customer service and our transparency about our products.
