@stephsstorm hi Stephanie is there anyway we can speak on the phone?? I have a lot of questions. so I purchased a sweater and the person I purchased it from says it's not theirs?? also I've made many purchases and some don't show up on my purchase screen? but they have charged me for item.
and lastly, a few items haven't even been shipped but again I've been charged for them.
as an can u please help me

Go into the posh page where you have made the purchase, and there should be a selection under your purchase for you to get in touch with customer service and one that says problem with delivery. Click on that one and forward a note to them. It may take up to 24 hrs to get back to you, but they are very eager to solve any problems with the orders between the purchaser and seller. They are really good about customer service.
