kinraw i'm sure it's technically "clean" but it smells like smoke. not happy. I really like the coat... so i'm washing it again to see if that does anything. if not i will have to return it.

kinraw weird, the package was well sealed and the inside also smells like smoke. I have no reason to think that the smoke could penetrate inside to the point where the smoke smell immediately becomes obvious after opening. i'm mostly just very bummed out about this. I am washing it, which does not damage anything. I will see if it improves. Otherwise i will return it.

kinraw2 Anyone reading this will see that: 1. I received a coat from you that smelled of smoke 2. When confronting you about it, you blame the postal service 3. I explained that I like the coat, so will try to salvage it. 4. You then block me. Pretty obvious who is trying to screw whom.

kinraw @stormynberry17 In the spirit of full disclosure re: the smokey jacket. As I stated, I have washed the jacket and low and behold, the smell has mostly dissipated. I am happy and have contacted Poshmark to release the funds for the purchase. I hope we can put this behind us and continue to posh respectfully.
