tinacrooks My printer had broke but I went on the 30th, the day you purchased, bought a printer and packed up and shipped your shirt. I see that your new to posh, so please remember to come back and accept your item after you receive so the transaction can complete and funds can be released. Thank you so much for the sale!!!!

tinacrooks I'm not sure why you Was so upset with me, I have always recd 5 stars. You said I needed to communicate better but I messaged you, to let you know of shipping information. You said I needed to improve shipping time, however I shipped the same day! I had to go buy printer and then go back to town to drop it off at post office. I live in country, 2 trips to city for $12 because I care about my buyers.

tinacrooks You also said I needed to pack better, I packed shirt in Ziploc to protect shirt in shipping. If the shirt was not described as you thought it should have been or was not happy with the shirt. If you would have filed a claim, I would have let you keep shirt and returned your money, I only made $12 and making sure a buyer is happy is much more important. Sorry for your unhappiness. Tina

tinacrooks @zoomie1972 omg, I am so sorry! In my furry to set up printer, I missed It. I try very hard to give a close look over before shipping. I take full responsibility. I do wish so much that you would have let me know upon receipt, that embarrasses me terribly and I would have LOVED to just given you the shirt for your troubles and had posh issue a refund. I would never ever want to send out an item with damage or a stain.

willjackson868 Michael, I think we sent you the wrong hoodie. The one we sent was a Carhartt and it was XL but it was not black. The one we sent was their newer version of the hoodie and it was blue. Take a Look and tell me what you think. If you are not happy I will make it right.
