You know Posh banned my acct Cuz my acct was ALL about the same scammer alert listings?😡😡😡 and since I emailed them once a week asking they implement some strict procedures, they started taking long time to reply!! Ha, they said: when see scammers, report to us. But it took them 3,5,7 days to reply and ban the perp! What a joke! The perp would have caught many victims!!! So glad to have u and others!!!!

You can email and get your $$ back, but the seller's account remains!!!! 2) seller is a scammer, she won't send. I have reported her 6 listings using the quick button on the right top hand corner on Posh mobile app, I also took screenshots Cuz she's gonna delete them. All her listings have diff background, proving they are stolen photos; she asks to text her so she won't deal on Posh and she will delete the listings so victims will have no way to report!

If not, after the scammer not send you items or send you empty box, by then you will have reason to file police report, and you can fax the police report to CC and CC will usually refund you after seeing the police report..

bonnielbell @sharedluxury1 all....note Weare1 is latest scammer. Had posted 3-4 listings all stolen from Different ebay sellers. Was able to contact 1, who confirmed she didn't sell on PM and her pics were stolen. I called out Weare1 and she deleted the postings where I busted her, and blocked me. I wrote PM with links, wrote all ebay sellers, and have warned anhyone who has "liked" her 2 remaining listings. Hopefully she'll be removed tomorrow by PM.

They wrote me back and said that the ebay sellers needed to contact them directly to claim their photos. I think 1 or 2 might have and that's what pushed them to do so. (I contacted 4 ebay sellers). So frustrating....

But do call eBay and tell them and ask them to make a note on that scammer's account, so when you call back eBay with the police investigation, they see the note and your report and you can ask eBay to ban the scammer! Ebay is wayyyyy better than Posh at banning them PERMENANTLY

And he/she is trying to go off PM to sell on those Puma shoes listing. The potential buyer was warned by me about going off PM...and shes telling him/her to up the price by 20% and shell still pay on PM. Interesting to see what happens next...

its_kari_style I think what you do is in your own rights. But you can called on ladies closets who have over 20-50-75 5 star responds a scammer. I'm glad posh has the option if you purchase over $500 luxury bag it get authenticated at HQ for free before you even receiving it. Even then posh see and if it's a fake well your closet is shut down the counterfeit bag is destroyed and the buyer gets her $ back.

Each iPhone has its own IP so even if they try they'll end up with a new IP again or most like same number cell same IP address. Nobody can see that since that is private.

Now I think the confusion comes from "777posh777", she put up some scammer listings and I chimed in only on the part where these sellers ask for outside posh transaction. It's a red flag to us and I wanted to protect buyers. I'm not a Posh police by no means, my only concern has been not to let ppl hard earned $$ scammed

But you can attack ladies who sell replicas and have done all transcations thru poshmark and have 4.5-5.0 star ratings. I think if ppl have left comments on being happy customers.
