reclaimedrags Hi Michelle, I am sorry to see you were disappointed in my ship time and the fit of the boots. These were shipped the very next day - I understand there are some delays with shipping services all over, which is why I try to get items shipped out as soon as possible to minimize that delay. Some brands do fit differently and I can really only post what size the item is actually marked. Maybe googling reviews on fit could be helpful when shopping online in the future.
