Hi...thank you very much for your purchase! I had planned to ship your item out today, but my kids have been home sick with the flu for the past 4 days. I’ll will try my best to get to the post office tomorrow if my kids aren’t home sick again.

Hello...the post office told me your package left a distribution center in Illinois and is on its way to you. They can’t tell me exactly where the package is, because it’s between distribution centers. I filed a claim and I’m waiting to hear back. As far as I can tell it’s still on it’s way to you, but was severely delayed. Perhaps due to inclement weather?! I don’t know for certain. Please don’t cancel the order, because I’m waiting for a response to my claim. I should hear back on Monday.
