altasnowqueen1 @beloved_one i’m not quite sure how to do this. Could you help me? You said you would help people I’ve signed up I’ve posted an item now what I’m not sure how to find my email and password and all that because I set it up two years ago and everything has changed, what should I do? No one seems to bothered to get back to me from Poshmark so I’m a little bothered by that

altasnowqueen1 @lillymum77 how do I get the address? It says I just sold one of my products but I don’t know where to mail it and how do I know they paid for it I’m brand new at this.?

lillymum77 @altasnowqueen1 if you buy the label on Poshmark they will send an email. But in your list you’ll find sold products. You can go there and click on > to view the sale and they should offer you a label at a discount. Let me know if you find.

altasnowqueen1 @beloved_one how do I get paid? I don’t know where my money is. I sold my first item, but don’t know where the funds are. Cannot find whatever someone said is wallet.

lillymum77 See if this helps. Go to your name in right bottom corner. Go down to bottom to “ Poshmark Support Center “. Open this and go to Contact Poshmark. There you can fill out what I call a Trouble Ticket. They will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. They have always been really good about getting back to me. Let me know how you’re doing.
