$20 is my lowest. These are NWT. I lowered the price to $20 but I can raise it again and drop it back to $20 so lower shipping kicks in.

@davmav2 maybe it has to be higher for a certain amount of time before you change it? You could raise it to $25 and drop it to $20 Wednesday and I would buy it then if I get the shipping notification. I don't know what else to do.

@davmav2 I canceled my offer because maybe that was why I didn't get it, but I looked at all active offers and can see when someone has sent me that $4.99 shipping one and yours was just the $17 one not that. Maybe now that I canceled my offer it would work, but maybe now you can't do it. I will try the bundle but I don't want to buy two things...
