Hi I am sorry you were unhappy with your bag. I was not pressuring you to accept I said when you receive it please accept, how could you accept before you got it? Sometimes people forget to accept and Posh has to wait 3 days. That was just a reminder. I also did not know that the latch was broken. I had not used the bag in quite awhile.

@mkp713 I have thought about your rating and comments to Posh since you sent. You lied, I did not pressure you. Read my comments again. And when you said you would do it after you got home I said "thanks ". You call that pressure? You lied and I don't appreciate it. PS the bag has another long fushia strap. If you had not lied on me I would send it free. If you want to you will need to pay postage
