vandan98 Good morning, I apologize you weren’t happy with your order. I try to be as sustainable as I can with my packaging and I often use reusable mailers for things that either me or my family has ordered so I’m sure I accidentally left the paperwork for one of my own orders in the package with yours and no one has received your order. I wish you had mentioned you needed the item for a trip as I would’ve been sure to mail them out sooner.

vandan98 , since covid I have tried to limit my trips to the post office as much as possible, however if you had asked me to ship sooner I would’ve. Regarding the color of the item, I believe that it was accurately depicted in the photo but I understand that colors can be skewed on different displays. I do accept returns for unhappy customers and I wish you had launched a return if you were unhappy.
