mball1988213 @theekimberlyg Hi! Sorry I'm new too and I didn't realize you commented. I came on to see if I could pm you bc my shoes never delivered even though they were scanned as delivered. I contacted USPS and they said I am eligible to file a claim. Ug. If they are returned back to you for some reason please let me know because I still would like to get them.

theekimberlyg @mball1988213 did u notice that it says "resolved" now instead of delivered?? that's odd. I've never seen that. Up until it said "delivered" it said it was at your post office waiting to be picked up.

mball1988213 @theekimberlyg The scans were strange, out for delivery then back at the post office ready for pick up the same day after they were closed. Then 2 days later, delivered exactly at 12:30pm. I work from home, it was not delivered. Also, Poshmark told me I will be refunded but I am not sure if that means you are still paid or not. I hope so. Either way, I think you should file the claim since I've been refunded. Please let me know if you need anything from me for that. I hope it works out for you.

theekimberlyg @mball1988213 Yeah this has never happened to me before. I called USPS myself but they didn't give me any new info except the claim that it was delivered at your front porch at 12:30 August 30th. I will look into contacting Poshmark to see what happens next. Keep me posted if anything new happens on your end.

theekimberlyg @mball1988213 Thank u very much. I learned that Poshmark offers protection for both seller & buyer when something like this happens. Buyer gets refunded, Seller still gets funds. That's all great & all but it's unfortunate that the shoes never arrived and are God knows where. Let's 🤞 that they either end up back at ur USPS or mine. 🤞🤞🤞
