canasta815 Miki....I am so sorry to hear this. They were mailed a while ago. Another customer whose package was mailed at the same time as yours informed me that her item had just arrived yesterday. Unlike yours, I had put fragile labels on her box and it arrived with the paper ripped and the item broken. Strangely enough, I think this has something to do with the fact that the postal service staff was deeply cut around the time of the election. I insured both packages but I will tell you that I have

canasta815 Pt. 2...never had any luck on that front with the Post Office in all the years I've been selling online. Again, I am soooo sorry. If you don't mind, would you give this another day or two? If they have not arrived by Friday, I will just refund you and send you a special little holiday gift. It's the least I can do. This is just not an easy time on ANY level. I’ve had Covid and I have copd that was so crazy. The shoes nothing but a thing. I really didn’t want to tell you. I’ve missed so much work. The last 2 days had the stomach bug.
