Hi Misty, I’m so sorry about the boots. They were only wore once but I think after being in storage for so long, the material started to peel. At the time of the pictures the boots were not damaged. I can issue you a full refund for the $12. But I know PM doesn’t really have the option. I don’t mind sending it through however you prefer. Apologies again.
