jennheppy Hello. You purchased the Fitbit from me. I verified that I do not have that Fitbit attached to any app. I am not sure why it wouldn’t be comparable with an iPhone 7, you would want to contact Fitbit/Apple for compatibility. I went to the Fitbit website and you should have no problem as long as you register as having a new device. I have never had any problems syncing to a laptop or my iphone6. You can find the Fitbit manual online or the instructions were in the box. I hope this helps.
