justplainfun Hello - your comment on the rating for the marigold Madewell tote noted a broken piece of hardware. If you want to open a case on Poshmark, and provide photos, they may be able to approve a return and/or file a claim with the USPS. I certainly did not send it broken - and I believe I packed it securely.
