baki Hi Molly , I wanna give you little advice if that’s okay . When ever you ship anything, you make sure you protect that item just in case something happened in the shipping and the box get ripped. Guess what, box had a huge ripped peace in it and it was just yapping open like that . I am debating to accept this bag or not , it’s damaged...

mollyahodge @baki I am so sorry to hear that the package got damaged in the mail! 😢 Thank you for your advice, and I’ll be sure to securely package items in the future. I went ahead and contacted Poshmark Support to find a solution to this problem. It of course would not be fair for you to pay for something that is damaged, so let’s see if we can get you a refund through the Poshmark Support. 🙂

baki @mollyahodge did they get back to you ? I really think post office should be accountable for not taking better care of the packages. I am very nervous right now , I mailed package to my son yesterday. He is working with Coronavirus every day , he couldn’t come home for Thanksgiving , so I mailed him some of his favorite food ... I keep monitoring his package and it’s just sitting still.. Dear God , help us ...

mollyahodge @baki To submit a formal claim, follow these steps: If you are using the Poshmark app: 1. Go to My Purchases 2. Select your order 3. Tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. 4. Select Order Not As Described You will be prompted to take a few photos as proof and enter a description of the problem. If you are only using Poshmark from the web: 1. Select My Purchases in the drop down menu 2. Select your order 3. Click the Problems/Order Inquiry button 4. Select Order Not As Described

I really liked that bag , I had sentimental reasons for buying her ... thank you Molly! I mailed my son some special food , because he is a frontline worker against COVID . It never left my city... now is day 10 . Marked perishable. Got 2 day shipping. Post office suck.
