glassprism70 Hi. The waist for the skirt is 32”. When using the sash, it could make it smaller if you prefer. Also, the lining feels like all cotton, but it has some polyester in it. Plus, it is machine washable. As for the sweater, it was sold last January. You may like the lavender princess cardigan. Hope this helps.
