claraclare Hi! Just letting you know I got an email from Canada Post saying the item is being held in a secure facility as they can't deliver it...So weird. I don't know what to make of it. I contacted them by email but no response yet...I also confirmed my address with them...Anyways, I will let you know if/when I get it...

claraclare @jjshopping011 hi, here is the email I got back from Canada Post: (I don't understand as it's clear it was scanned from the initial tracking...) Version française au bas Dear Customer, Our investigation into your request indicates that no scan has been uploaded to the Canada Post tracking system to indicate delivery of your item.

Any further action must be initiated by the sender of the item. If you have still not received the item, please notify the sender and instruct them to contact Canada Post if they wish to initiate a claim.

poshcloset011 @claraclare that is so odd. It was obviously scanned and was trackable. I don’t know what they’re talking about ... I contacted Poshmark support and I’ll give a call to Canada Post tomorrow for you.

poshcloset011 @claraclare 😭 I’ll stay on hold until they pick up then. Or hopefully poshmark can intervene and help from the business side of the line. Either way we’ll get to the bottom of it. Sorry this happened to you tho :(

claraclare @jjshopping011 thank you. it's a que they place you in but I tried a few times with no call back from them. I will contact poshmark soon. at the very least I hope they return it to you if they can't deliver it. (and I'm happy to re purchase!) thanks for your help!

poshcloset011 @claraclare right. They keep saying that tracking doesn’t exist and I can’t get through by phone. I created a service ticket for investigation but I feel like poshmark needs to intervene and inquire. There really isn’t a reason for them to hold the item no customs fee or anything. So odd.

claraclare @jjshopping011 makes no sense because it clearly was tracking when it was first shipped. also the first email I got said it was being held in a secure facility because it could not be delivered which also seems inconsistent with the last email I got...I really hope they return it to you if they can't get it to me! I will contact poshmark too.

poshcloset011 @claraclare got an email from Poshmark support. They will refund both the buyer and seller and mark it as lost package. Sorry you didn’t get to receive these beautiful earrings. But maybe it’ll end up arriving to you eventually. I hope so.
