Hi there, got your message. The dress is two layers so I’m measuring the inner layer as the outer layer is bigger .pip to pip to pip and hip is 18””.It is a beautiful dress that I bought in England. I’m a medium and fits me perfectly.

A crocheted Cream top?
If so unfortunately it was sopping wet in the package. And the package stains from the 4 manila envelope stains on the top. I’m guessing this is not your fault but maybe the post office fault. All I can say is, II can return the packaging and top to you if you want to take it up with the postal service? Or however you’d like To proceed? I am waiting for Poshmark to send me a return label.
