I see you left 2 stars for the serum. I assure you it wasn’t old and I buy from the company regularly and my previous vitamin C serums from them look exactly the same (pale yellow/orange) so idk. You could have returned it instead of leaving 2 stars though.

@thebdroomcloset I also buy from there regularly and the color for the serum is white not neon yellow. It got two stars because it was deficient. I’m allowed to give two stars on a deficient product. Maybe practice better customer service

@thebdroomcloset you responded rudely in the 1st place! I’ve bought a lot of items from different sellers and have never gotten such a heated response. In fact, I’ve never given less than a 4 star rating until now because they’ve all been great to work with. Maybe you should do some self reflecting on how you receive negative feedback because being passive aggressive towards your customers isn’t working
